Jesse Harlan is co-founder and Partner of Dynamic Development Solutions (DDS), responsible for capital strategy, underwriting, and financial structuring across the firm’s self-storage platform. He leads acquisition analysis, sensitivity modeling, lender negotiations, and capitalization planning — with disciplined emphasis on principal protection and day-one coverage strength.

Before DDS, Jesse served as Chief Operating Officer of Avenues NYC, where he oversaw budgeting, A/P–A/R, payroll, HR systems, and financial controls across multiple operating locations during expansion. Prior to that, he progressed from Office Manager to Finance & Administration Manager at Serenity New York, gaining hands-on depth in compliance, cashflow oversight, and organizational scaling. He has also advised early-stage founders through JAH Consulting and held operational leadership at Highgrade Labs, managing vendors and licensing within a tightly regulated market.

At DDS, Jesse converts institutional-grade underwriting into executable plans, ensuring clear alignment between financial model, capital stack, vendor workflow, and lender expectations. His focus on conservative leverage, coverage-first resilience, and transparent investor communication drives the firm’s finance architecture and risk management strategy.

Jordan Kelley is co-founder and Partner at Dynamic Development Solutions, leading strategic planning, feasibility translation, and full-cycle execution from acquisition through stabilized operations. She specializes in turning underwriting into operational roadmaps — aligning vendors, schedules, and budget controls to maintain model integrity through real-world execution.

Her background spans consulting, systems design, and operational restructuring, where she has built accountability frameworks, forward-looking financial models, and competitive strategy analysis for scaling operators. Her work with firms such as Fluid LLC, Your Nanny Matchmaker, and EmmerginCBD focused on process optimization, market positioning, and high-fidelity scenario planning — skills she now applies directly to development execution.

At DDS, Jordan drives feasibility interpretation, risk mapping, operational readiness, and vendor cohesion — ensuring decisions preserve timeline precision, capital efficiency, and lender confidence. She is known for surfacing operational failure points before they manifest, enabling disciplined activation from pre-development through lease-up.

Burke O’Leary is co-founder and Partner at Dynamic Development Solutions, leading technical operations, vendor integration, infrastructure execution, and systems stabilization across DDS developments. He ensures that each facility transitions from blueprint to operational asset with durability, compliance integrity, and long-term margin efficiency.

His background spans high-complexity operational leadership across agriculture, manufacturing, and regulated environments, including Director-level roles at First Light Holdings — overseeing cultivation, production infrastructure, and sales strategy. He has also led product acquisition and market strategy at OGC (Indico, ME), and consulted across IPM, fertigation design, irrigation engineering, SOP deployment, environmental controls, and systems mobilization.

At DDS, Burke directs sequencing of trades, onsite coordination, and integration of access, security, drainage, and automation infrastructure — ensuring builds execute as modeled. His technical execution bridges underwriting and reality, protecting investor durability, cost discipline, and operational reliability from day one.
